Phase Four: Procurement & Project Coordination
Upon finalizing the furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) schedule, we seamlessly transition into procurement. We manage orders, coordinate deliveries and importations, guaranteeing all items arrive on schedule for the final installation. Throughout your renovation, we act as the central point of contact, maintaining clear communication and collaboration between tradespeople, suppliers, and contractors. Regular design meetings and site visits ensure the project adheres to the agreed-upon plan.
With all groundwork in place, construction commences. Our dedicated project coordinators and designers maintain a consistent presence on-site. We conduct frequent meetings to verify the meticulous execution of our designs and ensure the project progresses seamlessly. We provide regular progress updates and manage the post-construction "snagging" process, allowing you to move into your dream space with complete peace of mind.
